Aviation
Aviation, a new family of flying vehicles that was never seen before, had arrived to Kazakhstan in the 20th century. It included hot air balloons, airships, airplanes, helicopters, gliders, autogyros, convertiplanes, and etc. In the first half of the 20th century, most airplanes flew with turboprop engines. And in the second half, jet aviation appeared due to the invention of new engine types. Today, Kazakhstan is connected to the world’s airports by hundreds of airways.
