Iron Metallurgy
After mastering the bronze, the nomadic tribes of Kazakhstan invented iron metallurgy. Iron is a much better metal than bronze for making tools and weapons. It is a material that is both hard and flexible, and it holds its cutting edge for a longer time. Iron metallurgy was the biggest technological leap since the invention of bronze metallurgy, and it ushered a new era in human history. This invention and its wide implementation elevated the Early Iron Age’s nomadic tribes on the territory of Kazakhstan to the next technological level, which at that time was far ahead of the most other Eurasian nations.
