Furniture-making
There are many types of furniture that came from Kazakh traditional life. Most of this furniture is designed specifically for nomadic lifestyle inside the yurt. It included beds, tables, seats, chairs, pillow-supports, chests for clothes, clothes hangers, food chests, cupboards, dishware chests, stands for bedwear, and other furniture. Kazakh furniture makers made it from wood, and decorated it with carvings and ornaments made of bone and metal. The technology of furniture-making is a nomadic craft tradition coming from the ancient times.
